So how do we make our Paneer Vindaloo so special? How do we bring to you this delicious treat? The answer is right here! The magic of the three C’s does the trick! Cumin, Coriander, and Coconut are grinding together to make a powder. Topped with ginger garlic paste and lemon juice, this paste is then used to marinate our cottage cheese or Paneer.
This marinated paneer along with some of the paste is fried with cinnamon and other freshly reaped spices from the ground till it turns light brown. Until the Paneer sears, it is fried, and then cooked until your delicious paneer turns tender, so that it dissolves in your mouth, as you eat it!
